Celebrity chef Bobby Flay's new eponymous beef emporium on K Street, Bobby's Burger Palace, won't officially open for another two weeks: Aug. 16, to be exact. But the menu is already online. And so is a gallery of slick images, including several provocative close-ups of the food. Check out the orgy of potato chips on a bed of cheese-slathered meat pictured above.
